Cancellations
You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time, up to 3 days before your reservation is set to begin, by cancelling from your original confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the package booked that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 3 days of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit.
